I N T R O D U C T I O N.

The Profile of the Ministry of finance is composed of the flowing components with their details and descriptions:-
1) Introduction into the formation of Punt land State.
2) The Ministry was established in 1998 and it’s first Budget was approved on
1st may 1999 covering it’s different items and envisioning it’s real aims as
shown below:-
A. The total income generation from 1st may 1999 up to 31/06/2006.
B. The total expenditure from 1st may 1999 up to 31/06/2006.
C. The comparison between the revenue and the expenditure as at 1st
may 1999 up to 31/06/2006
3) During those above mentioned years the budget has gone through
different administration, Presidents, Financial Ministries, with their
different philosophical economic applications and administrations, hence you will clearly find here their records of their activities in a particular form 8th January 2005 up to 31/06/2006 as shown below: -
A. Budget of projects
B. Security items
C. Essential unexpected expenditure
4) The structure of the ministry and its internal functions
5) What the puntland ministry of finance did during years 2005 – 2006
6) Statistics ship, dhows and air cargo planes imported and exported of
puntland ports and airport.
